Engineer – CCM / BOM

Your mission

Responsibility includes setting up locomotive assembly lines, collaborating with engineering teams for industrial planning, and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365), BOM management, ECN implementation, and ensuring configuration management meets customer requirements.

Your profile

▪ Experience in setting up Rolling stock/Locomotive assembly line.
▪ Generate reports and analytics related to material master data quality, usage, and trends.
▪ Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP transactions and processes related to material master data management.
▪ Support audits and compliance activities related to material master data governance. ▪ Collaboration with engineering team to take input for Industrial planning.
▪ Knowledge and management of BOM in SAP/ERP.
▪ Implementation of engineering change request (ECN) and Co-ordinate overall ECN implementation for the production/industrial team
▪ Competent professional to maintain material master of BOM Item
▪ Ensure configuration management is in place as per the customer requirement.
 ▪ BOM Management and routing plan
▪ Lean manufacturing implementation – 5S, VSM, Time study, Line balancing, Kaizen drive, Continuous improvement drive
▪ Competent profession to work with ERP system SAP, ORACLE, MS Dynamics 365
▪ Key user for the ERP system for the Industrial team
▪ Validate Material master in aligned with design and supply chain input
▪ Creating document for the training of all industrial and production team member
▪ Part of core team member for the implementation of ERP system in the factory
▪ Ensure ERP ecosystem development in the factory
