All our our veteran designers are certified by FARO in using 3D scanning technology to collect as-built data and ensure accuracy and fit of fabricated panels. About the Role

Description



We are seeking an experienced and reliable Exterior Wall Installer to join our team. As an Exterior Wall Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior walls on various types of buildings, including residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

- Measure and cut materials to fit specifications

- Install exterior insulation and vapor barriers

- Apply siding, stucco, brick, or other exterior cladding materials

- Repair and replace damaged or worn exterior wall components

- Seal seams and joints to prevent water and air infiltration

- Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards

- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

- Work with other members of the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget



Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in exterior wall installation

- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

- Physical stamina to work in all weather conditions and at heights

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
