Maintenance Assistant - Assisted Living Community

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep

- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues proactively

- Assist with setup and breakdown of community events and activities

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders

- Ensure all safety protocols and standards are followed to maintain a secure environment

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents

- Assist with groundskeeping and landscaping tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field

- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance skills

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
