The Executive Assistant to the President / Wholesale Mortgage provides high-level administrative support to the President while coordinating meetings, travel, conferences, hosted events, and key activities across the departments he oversees. The role also supports the Wholesale sales organization by coordinating with Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Support, and shared-service teams. Success requires exceptional organization, proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and enough familiarity with mortgage or financial services to operate effectively in a fast-paced lending environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar and meeting flow, ensuring requests include a clear purpose, appropriate attendees, necessary context or materials, and enough preparation time; proactively resolve conflicts and protect the President's time.
- Coordinate travel, conference registrations, lodging, transportation, and related logistics for the President and other team members as assigned, with accurate records and timely communication.
- Plan and coordinate Wholesale-hosted events from concept through completion, including venue research, vendor outreach, budgets, invitations, RSVPs, catering, materials, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide administrative and sales coordination support across the President's areas of responsibility, including meeting preparation and follow-up, presentations, communications, action-item tracking, and coordination among Wholesale Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Support, Marketing, Operations, and other departments.
- Perform other job-related duties consistent with the position's purpose and level of responsibility.

- Builds effective working relationships and creates clarity across the President, Wholesale team, Account Managers, shared-service departments, vendors, brokers, and external partners so responsibilities and expectations remain aligned.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, sales coordination, event coordination, mortgage operations/sales support, or a similar high-accountability administrative role preferred.
- Experience in mortgage, banking, real estate, or financial services strongly preferred; Wholesale mortgage experience is a plus.

Working Conditions
- Professional office or hybrid work environment based in Las Vegas, NV, with regular in-person availability for meetings and events.
- Frequent use of computers, collaboration tools, CRM systems, presentation software, and standard office equipment.
- Local travel and occasional domestic travel may be required for conferences, hosted events, venue visits, and other business needs.
- Regular interaction with executives, employees, brokers, vendors, venues, and external business partners; occasional early-morning or evening availability may be required for events or travel.
