About The Company
Delta Sands LLC is a new in-basin frac sand project currently under development in the Western Haynesville. The company was founded by the leadership team behind Performance Proppants, the first and largest regional sand producer in the legacy Haynesville Shale. Building on that proven experience, Delta Sands is developing a next-generation facility designed for reliability, efficiency, and long-term growth. Located near Buffalo, Texas, the 3-million-ton-per-year wet plant will produce 40/200 mesh sand (8K crush strength) and is scheduled to be operational by April 2026. Site design and permitting are underway, with construction planned to begin later this year. Positioned in the geographic center of the Western Haynesville, the facility is designed to minimize haul distances, reduce logistics costs, and provide a dependable local source of high-quality proppant. As regional activity accelerates — driven by strong well performance, rising rig counts, and growing LNG export demand — Delta Sands is being built to support the next phase of Haynesville development with safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Front End Loader Operator


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Front End Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our operational efficiency while working in a safety-conscious environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating front end loaders and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

- Operate front end loaders to move, load, and unload materials such as soil, gravel, debris, and other construction or industrial materials

- Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and other related tasks as needed

- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment usage

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating front end loaders in construction, mining, or industrial settings

- Valid operator’s license and certification for operating heavy machinery

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment

- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
