Bala’s interns work side-by-side with our engineering staff to learn the building design process, project phases, industry codes and standards, and equipment specifications. To further their practical knowledge and apply their technical skills interns attend project site visits and surveys with the engineering team to better understand real world building systems and conditions. Our hands-on approach allows interns to grow their technical knowledge as well as their practical experience.
