Position Summary
The BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR will support marketing, recruiting, and general administrative team functions. This is an ideal role for an organized, adaptable professional who thrives on variety and enjoys being the connective tissue that keeps a growing organization running smoothly.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day o?ce logistics
- Maintain spreadsheets, records, and basic operational reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of operations are compatible
- Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, and campaign tracking
- Update and report schedule, budget, and spending progress throughout the life of projects
- Coordinate staff and internal resources
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required
- Attend job fairs, career expos, and networking events as needed to support recruitment initiatives and company growth objectives.
- Identify resource requirements and gaps
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Support event planning and marketing collateral preparation
- Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate with external vendors/agencies
- Optimize and improve processes
- Secure growth opportunities
- Conduct various administrative duties

Requirements
- Full-Time salary position requiring 40+ Hrs. a week
- High School Diploma/GED Certification
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, marketing, HR, or operations support role
- Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
- Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred but not required
- Prove ability to provide visionary strategic leadership; experience guiding the implementation of a strategic plan, measuring progress, and adapting as necessary
- Ability to work alone or within a group
- Self-driven to completion of the job
- Must have a solid commitment to personal and team safety
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the group, customers, and external contacts., via telephone, in written form, email, and in-person
- Ability to learn company-specific applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to travel from 10-20%
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to sustain a level of physical activity, including walking, climbing, bending, and sitting
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow company procedures and manufacturers’ guidelines
- Requires the ability to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance on the job.
- Perform work in remote field settings and exposure to extreme weather conditions, including hot, cold, muddy, and wet environments
- Valid active driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle
- Ability to pass all random DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing
