Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour
Based on position and experience.
Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift: +$2.00 per hour | 3rd Shift: +$3.00 per hour
Furniture Assembler
Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
Furniture Assemblers build and inspect furniture before it reaches our customers. In this hands-on role, you'll use hand and power tools to assemble products, perform quality inspections, and ensure every piece meets Jordan's high standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools and seeing the results of their craftsmanship.
Baler Operator
Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
Tuesday–Saturday | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
Baler’s help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by managing recyclable and waste materials. Responsibilities include operating baler equipment, transporting recyclables, loading and unloading trailers, repackaging merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position is well-suited for individuals who take pride in organization, efficiency, and hands-on work.
Merchandise Handler
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM–5:30 AM
Merchandise Handlers are essential to warehouse operations, helping unload, move, store, pick, and stage furniture throughout the distribution center. Team members may operate warehouse equipment, prepare merchandise for delivery, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team.
