About the Role

Position Overview

We're looking for an organized, resourceful Events & Campaigns Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our brand and creative work — keeping campaigns moving on time and on brand, bringing our events and local presence to life, and owning the behind-the-scenes systems that keep everything running. This is a role for someone who thrives with a lot of moving parts, takes real ownership, and gets satisfaction from making things happen smoothly.

You'll work at the center of a fast-growing marketing team, coordinating across design, digital, various departments, outside partners, and vendors. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and can be trusted to run with things and follow through.

Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate campaign and creative traffic in our project management tool — building timelines, tracking deadlines, managing handoffs, and keeping work moving across the team.
  • Serve as the operational hub for campaigns from kickoff through launch, making sure the right people have what they need at the right time.
  • Keep projects organized, visible, and on schedule, flagging risks early.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and run events end to end — co-op activations, designer events, grand openings, showroom moments, and other brand experiences.
  • Manage event logistics: timelines, budgets, materials, vendors, setup, and day-of execution.
  • Partner with the brand and social teams to ensure events are on-brand and well-captured for marketing use.

Local Marketing & Community

  • Identify and coordinate local marketing opportunities — community partnerships, sponsorships, local events, and grassroots activations that build brand presence in our markets.
  • Support store-level and market-level marketing needs, helping connect national brand efforts to local execution.
  • Track local opportunities and keep a running calendar of activations by market.

Reputation & Listings

  • Own the reputation and reviews process — monitoring, routing, and ensuring timely, on-brand responses across locations.
  • Maintain accurate local business listings across our locations, partnering with the digital/SEO function on the technical layer.
  • Help protect and strengthen our brand reputation at the local level.

Operations & Administration

  • Manage invoice and AP routing for the marketing team.
  • Coordinate vendors, partners, and outside resources.
  • Support the broader team with the logistics and administrative work that keeps marketing running.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years in a marketing coordination, project coordination, or events role.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • A real ownership mindset — you take things off people's plates and see them through.
  • Resourceful and calm under pressure, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with project management and general marketing tools.
  • Event planning experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
