  • Own the resolution of mid to high complexity property owner concerns and, where applicable, drive accountability across external vendors and within internal teams to ensure all involved parties deliver against established SLAs.
  • Identify the root cause of preventable or repetitive issues occurring pertaining to the property ownership experience and partner with internal teams and management to create long-term solutions.
  • Ensure property owner system data is accurate, ensuring to update as appropriate during each interaction, as needed.
  • Consistently maintain awareness of external factors within span of control and communicate matters of importance to the appropriate internal partners.
  • Review and interpret property contracts to determine whether property owner requests comply with contractual terms.
  • Manage all land contingencies transactions through data entry into customer relationship management technology. Monitor and report data from systems.
  • Generate and maintain control reports to track, follow up, and ensure timely execution of commercial agreements within the portfolio.
  • Optimize and manage vendor strategy where applicable by driving standardized, compliant, and efficient transactions that improve service quality, control costs, and maximize value, aligned with American Tower’s priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, with a concentration in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Law, or related field preferred.
  • Between 4-6 years of experience managing projects, deals, or transactions in a high-volume environment required.
  • Proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service and the ability to successfully manage projects strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and Salesforce systems strongly preferred.
  • Experience with interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
