About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a (Deputy Operation Crew Chief / Cell Leader) for the Libya Coiled Tubing Project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily management of the crew, including construction, HSE, equipment, personnel and administration, in accordance with company policies.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling the crew's construction tasks; maintain timely and effective communication with the client supervisor during operations; complete and submit daily operation reports on time.
- Responsible for handling complex situations and incidents during operations, and report promptly to management or relevant technical and administrative personnel.
- Responsible for organizing HSE and operational meetings; strictly comply with company technical procedures and equipment/personnel safety operation regulations.
- Responsible for supervising the work performance of all positions during operations and the execution of routine equipment maintenance; ensure proper use and management of equipment.
- Responsible for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Responsible for the management and inventory of the coiled tubing warehouse; promptly submit requisitions for missing spare parts.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and repair of all coiled tubing systems.
- Responsible for the installation of coiled tubing equipment during operations.
Requirements
- Extensive working experience in coiled tubing operations.
- Familiar with coiled tubing and all supporting equipment.
- Strong team organization and management skills.
- Capable of handling complex situations and incidents in stimulation operations.
- Basic English listening and speaking skills with a strong willingness to communicate in English; candidates with higher English proficiency will be given priority.
