About the Role

Company Description

Bosch established its first representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in 1994. Since 2007, Bosch has expanded its footprint in Vietnam where it has branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, as well as a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelts for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam (BGSV) as well as an automotive R&D center for mobility solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. Job Description

  • Execute sales-related activities, particularly in Sale Order and Delivery Note modules.
  • Prepare and manage eInvoice/billing reports.
  • Dept sales administration (events, logistics, reporting, PPT, Dashboard…)
  • Travel & Expense Supporter
  • Other tasks or additional projects by the supervisor.  

Qualifications

  • 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Prior working experience is preferred
  • Mandatory: English proficiency
  • Optional: Chinese or Japanese
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Dashboard creation and management
  • AI tools familiarity
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive "can-do" attitude
  • Full-time commitment during internship period
