About the Role

About this Position

The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Learning Management.     

What you´ll do

  • Supporting employees‘ personal development in all Henkel countries from the booking to the financial processing to the evaluation of the seminar
  • Organizing and documenting trainings according to business needs in CSOD and other Learning Management tools as per our internal guidelines and manuals.
  • Monitoring the quality and success of trainings completed by analyzing the feedback received from the participants. 
  • Acting as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and offer them continuous support. 
  • Ensuring that the services are delivered in time and have perfect quality, meeting the internal stakeholders‘ expectations.
  • Ensuring KPIs are meeting the Global and local targets on a monthly basis.

What makes you a good fit

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, HR, Learning
  • English language is a must, other languages is a plus
  • Good stakeholder management & Communication skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Digital proficiency
