Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and accountable Full-Time Night Auditor to manage hotel operations during the overnight shift.This is an active overnight role responsible for the Night Audit, Front Office operations, guest service, property oversight, and preparation for the following business day. The Night Auditor works independently and is expected to manage the shift effectively without continuous supervision. A structured nightly checklist and established procedures guide the flow of the shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete the End of Day and Night Audit processes, reviewing reservations, rates, taxes, payments, postings, and transactions for accuracy and correcting discrepancies.
- Perform overnight Front Office functions, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest requests, telephone calls, cases, communications, and preparation for the following day’s business.
- Prepare and maintain required audit reports, operational reports, records, logs, and documentation.
- Conduct property and security walks and maintain a safe, secure, clean, organized, and presentable hotel environment.
- Complete assigned side work and prepare designated guest and public areas for morning operations.
- Address guest concerns, operational issues, and unexpected situations using sound judgment and established procedures.
- Communicate pertinent guest, maintenance, security, and operational information to management and the incoming team.
- Adhere to hotel, management company, and brand standards for guest service, payment handling, safety, security, emergency procedures, professional conduct, and appearance.
- Complete all required nightly responsibilities and additional operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hotel, Front Desk, Night Audit, or related hospitality experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial information.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, manage priorities, and remain active and productive throughout the shift.
- Dependability and accountability are essential. Consistent attendance and punctuality are required; excessive call-outs, repeated tardiness, or frequent unscheduled time-off requests cannot be accommodated.
- Reliable transportation is required, including during inclement weather.
- A reliable personal cell phone is required for necessary work-related communication with management.
- Ability to remain professional and make appropriate decisions during high-pressure or emergency situations.

Full-Time | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights
11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Candidates must be consistently available for the established schedule, including holidays that fall on scheduled workdays.
