  • Per visit rates: $55 - $145
  • Clinical home health / OASIS experience preferred

HomeFirst Home Healthcare provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in state of Tennessee. We are currently growing in the Murfreesboro area and looking to add a PRN Registered Nurse to join our clinical, home health field team.

Overview 

The Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. The RN will perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care. Additional responsibilities include regular communications with our clinical management team and timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

   

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program 
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice
  • Clinical home health / OASIS experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Strong initiative, follow through, process orientation, attention-to-detail
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
