About the Role
Roles & responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Supervise routine and specialized maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Preventive Planning: Develop and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and work orders.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure facility operations comply with health, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Project & Vendor Management: Oversee contractors, manage facility upgrades, and handle resource budgeting.
- Technical Analysis: Review blueprints, technical drawings, and operational reports to optimize facility efficiency
