Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About PredictHQ
AI and forecasting systems have a blind spot: the real-world conditions that shift demand land as surprises instead of signals. PredictHQ closes that gap. We're the real-world context platform trusted by some of the world's largest enterprises, including Uber, Expedia, and CVS, explaining more than 60 percent of real-world demand variability so businesses can make high-stakes decisions on pricing, staffing, and inventory with confidence.
Our Values
PredictHQ is about teamwork to achieve huge things. We are building innovative and complex products, so our empathetic, hard-working culture is key to our success. We are proactive in helping our teammates grow and thrive in their careers, as well as making sure everyone can put their family and friends first.

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Enterprise Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing Go-to-Market team in San Francisco.
As an Enterprise SDR at PredictHQ, you’ll be on the front lines of our revenue engine, helping drive pipeline and business growth. As a key member of our Sales team, you’ll engage with our prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise organizations. Your role goes beyond lead qualification - you’ll deeply understand our mission, value proposition, and product offerings to spark high-value conversations with senior executives.
We're a small but high-impact team, so we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an immediate impact. You'll be joining a group that's creative in how it builds account strategy and genuinely enthusiastic and supportive of each other day to day .You're just as comfortable conducting targeted research and crafting compelling messaging as you are jumping on a demo call. You'll master sales automation tools and execute a multi-threaded outbound strategy. When high-quality inbound leads surface from your own strategic accounts, you'll respond quickly and with the same care and customisation you bring to outbound - all while refining messaging and optimising campaign performance
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at PredictHQ, you will get to:
Work closely with and learn from experienced leaders across Sales, Marketing and Solutions Engineering
Deeply understand and communicate PredictHQ's mission, value proposition and product offerings
Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in enterprise organisations
Key Responsibilities 🔑
Research & Target: Build and prioritize target account lists using firmographic, intent, and land-and-expand signals. Identifying the accounts most likely to convert based on what we already know works, not just who's biggest
Map & Multi-Thread: Identify and map key stakeholders across business lines within target accounts, building multi-threaded relationships before a deal is ever in motion
Craft & Personalize: Develop creative, highly-researched outbound sequences and 1:1 touches that break through the noise. This is a quality-over-quantity motion, not a volume game
Engage & Open: Initiate strategic conversations with target account stakeholders, using insight and relevance (not scripts) to earn time on the calendar
Support Strategic Inbound: Respond to and qualify the limited inbound that surfaces from named strategic accounts, ensuring no signal from a priority account goes untouched
Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator and similar tools to drive personalization and precision at scale, not just activity volume
Collaborate & Improve: Partner closely with Account Executives and marketing to refine target account selection, messaging, and campaign strategy based on what's actually converting
Support & Execute ABM Plays: Build and run curated, multi-touch account-based plays (direct mail, personalized video, targeted content, event invites, executive gifting, etc.) to break into and accelerate priority target accounts. Creating each play as a coordinated campaign, not a one-off touch
Results 🏆
Quality Pipeline Creation: Generate a consistent flow of well-researched, well-timed opportunities in named target accounts, not just a high count of meetings
Target Account Penetration: Successfully open and multi-thread into accounts on the priority list, measured by depth of stakeholder engagement, not just first meetings
Meeting-to-Opportunity Conversion: Secure meetings that convert into real pipeline, reflecting the strength of research and targeting over sheer activity
Strategic Inbound Capture: Fully qualify and convert inbound leads from named strategic accounts into sales conversations
Revenue Impact: Contribute to pipeline and revenue growth by engaging the right accounts, those most likely to land and expand
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Provide account-level insight that sharpens targeting, messaging, and campaign focus for the accounts that matter most
