Ensure timely order delivery with the right quantities

Monitor all area operation performance through VISU/SCADA to find material flow issues.

处理拒绝线相关问题

Handle rejection on rejection lane

将错误信息,系统报警上报给班组长 mistake and systemic errors to TC 监控系统异常(观察箱子/托盘长时间存放在临时位置,称的位置,产线等) of systemic anomalies (inspection of p-box/pallets stored longer time at temporary locations, scale station, production, etc.) 执行并关闭运输及生产订单 ing shipment and production order 确保生产材料实际与账目相符

Ensure the quantity of material accuracy

确保工作完成以及工作场所整洁 

Responsibility for the work done and for order in the workplace. 

遵循安全准则以及工作指示 

Compliance with safety and work instructions.

完成上级领导安排的其它工作任务。

岗位职责

1. 负责产品盘点工作,核对库存实物与系统数据,保障库存账实相符。

2. 跟进生产补料需求,按需及时备料、供料,规避产线断料风险,保障生产顺畅。

3. 识别作业过程中的各类异常问题,通过邮件及其他沟通渠道同步反馈至相关协作部门。

4. 接收并落实检料、拣料作业需求,按时完成拣料、备料操作,保障物料准确及时交付。

任职要求

1. 具备 1 年及以上相关岗位工作经验,有仓储、物料相关工作经验者优先。

2. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件,具备较好跨部门沟通能力与问题处理能力。

3. 普通话流利标准,逻辑清晰,语言表达顺畅。

4. 工作积极主动,拥有良好的团队协作意识。

5. 可接受轮班工作模式,心态稳定,能够承受岗位工作压力
