What You’ll Do


The Operations Process Manager provides centralized operational leadership and business support across the portfolio. As an Operations Process Manager, you will exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding portfolio operational processes, evaluates operational risks and trends, establishes priorities for assigned initiatives, and drives matters from analysis through resolution. This role supports financial administration, compliance, legal administration, property transitions, training, inspections, and other portfolio operations while determining appropriate courses of action within established company guidelines. 


Your day-to-day may include:


  • Provide operational leadership and oversight for assigned portfolio processes to promote consistency, accountability, compliance, and timely resolution.  
  • Analyze operational trends, performance indicators, recurring issues, deadlines, and documentation gaps; determine corrective actions within assigned authority and monitor implementation through completion. 
  • Review resident payments to determine whether they meet applicable minimum payment requirements and accept or reject payments according to established procedures. 
  • Provide operational direction, coaching, performance feedback, and development support to Resident Managers and onsite support partners for assigned responsibilities. 
  • Track housing violations, agency deadlines, corrective action progress, re-inspections, completion documentation, and compliance confirmation.  

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions  
  • Experience with both conventional housing operations and knowledge of Section 8 and Housing Authority requirements 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding matters of significance within the scope of assigned authority

The expected compensation range for this position is $68,000.00- $70,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
