Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Northern and Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho. Summary: The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, directing community events, and assisting the Manager with the completion of management obligations related to customer service experience.

Schedule:

Onsite, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm


 Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General Duties
    1. Act as liaison for all vendors performing work on-site related to social events.
    2. Assist in creating and presenting recommendations for changes to policies, rules, and programs related to social events.
    3. Complete punch list items as assigned by the Manager.
    4. Perform such other operational duties as are assigned from time to time by the Manager.
  • Community Events
    1. Plan and coordinate all annual and special community events.
    2. Obtain proposals from vendors for community event services and present them, as necessary, to the CSO Board of Directors for approval.
    3. Serve as staff liaison and provide administrative support to volunteer committees.
    4. Prepares and presents written financial reports per activity and future event proposals on an as-necessary basis to the CSO Board of Directors.
  • Recreation Facilities
    1. Maintain direct communication with all event-related service providers.
    2. Attend and oversee all community-sponsored recreation and social events.
    3. Manages the activities calendar and schedules the use of the facilities to prevent scheduling conflicts.
    4. Follow approved priority use of facilities guidelines when scheduling CSO events.

Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to work on the weekends and work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer skills and Event software applicants.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of related safety practices.
  • Ability to work a Flexible Schedule as necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean MVR.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.


Education and/or Experience:

  • 2 or more years of experience working in a facilities or events-related role.
  • Experience working with 55+ community preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
