Electrical Apprentice – No Experience Required | We Will Train the Right Candidate

Through paid, hands-on training, you’ll work alongside experienced electricians and learn how to install, maintain, and repair the electrical systems homeowners rely on every day. You’ll begin with the fundamentals, developing safe work habits, practical skills, and an understanding of residential electrical systems. As your experience grows, you’ll build the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility and continue advancing your skills in the trade.

What You’ll Do

• Learn residential electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and electrical safety practices.
• Assist experienced electricians with service calls, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Help install and service wiring, outlets, lighting, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Learn to use testing equipment and follow applicable electrical codes under experienced supervision.
• Prepare tools and materials, maintain organized work areas, and document completed work.
• Deliver courteous, professional service while treating customers and their homes with respect.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Someone interested in building a long-term career in the electrical trade.
• Trade school education or current electrician apprentice registration is a plus, but not required.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
