Description

Craft Exceptional Moments

Bring your talent, energy, and genuine love of hospitality to a place where every detail matters and every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression.

Together, We're More.

At Loraloma Club, hospitality is more than service, it is the art of making people feel known, welcomed, and cared for. Nestled within the extraordinary landscape of Thomas Ranch, our team creates thoughtful, elevated experiences for members and guests across dining, bar, patio, pool, golf, banquet, and special-event settings.

We are seeking an engaging and service-driven Bartender/Server who can craft a beautifully balanced cocktail, confidently recommend a wine pairing, deliver polished table service, and make every member interaction feel personal. If you thrive in a refined, fast-paced environment and take pride in anticipating needs before they are expressed, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Create warm, memorable experiences by learning member preferences and delivering attentive, personalized service.
  • Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, nonalcoholic beverages, and food with accuracy and style.
  • Guide members and guests through menus, daily features, ingredients, pairings, and special selections.
  • Bring energy and flexibility to service across the bar, dining room, patio, pool, banquets, and special events.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, safe, and presentation-ready bar and service environment.
  • Partner closely with Culinary, Events, Golf Operations, and Club Operations to create seamless experiences.
  • Serve alcohol responsibly, follow food-safety practices, and handle transactions with accuracy and discretion.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You are naturally warm, poised, observant, and energized by creating exceptional experiences.
  • You bring bartending, serving, restaurant, resort, hotel, club, banquet, or other hospitality experience.
  • You have working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, food service, and responsible alcohol service.
  • You communicate confidently, stay composed during busy service, and follow through on every detail.
  • You enjoy working as part of one team and readily step in wherever the member experience needs you.
  • You are available to work a flexible onsite schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • You hold—or can obtain within the Company’s required timeframe—a TABC-approved seller/server certification and Food Handler certification.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: On-site five days per week, generally Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Schedule may vary for member, guest, or tournament events.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Be part of building an extraordinary private-club experience from the ground up.
  • Work in a beautiful Hill Country setting where thoughtful design and exceptional hospitality come together.
  • Grow your beverage, wine, culinary, event, and luxury-service knowledge through hands-on experience and training.
  • Join a collaborative culture grounded in excellence, care, accountability, and a One Team mindset.
  • Build genuine relationships with members, guests, and colleagues while doing work that feels meaningful.
