Butler Ford is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team! If you have automotive knowledge, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Parts Counter Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting our service department, technicians, and customers by helping them find the right parts quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist technicians and customers with identifying and locating automotive parts
• Look up parts using catalogs and dealership systems
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, organize, and maintain parts inventory
• Communicate with the service department regarding parts availability and special orders
• Help maintain an organized and efficient parts department
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking as needed

Qualifications: 

• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
• General automotive knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and parts lookup systems
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Valid driver’s license
