What You’ll Do


The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day functions of their multi-site property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the properties, and ensuring the property teams are positive and successful. 


Your day-to-day may include: 


  • Support the financial goals of the properties, manage the assets in the owners’ best interest and in accordance with Company policies. 
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.). 
  • Ensure that models and market ready apartments are walked daily and communicate any service-related needs to maintenance.
  • Ensure that all service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately to maintenance.



Requirements

What You Bring

  • Position requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager; will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service related business with appropriate certification(s).
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. 
  • Ability to travel to assigned portfolio of properties.

The expected compensation range for this position is $27.00- $34.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
