Director of Marketing

Description
We're looking for a bold, creative, and hands-on Director of Marketing to shape and elevate our brand across every touchpoint: partnerships, content, campaigns, and culture. This is the person who turns strategy into action, builds partnerships that actually move the needle, and makes sure our story gets told everywhere it matters.
This is not a "manage from a distance" role. We need someone who can zoom out to think strategically and zoom back in to execute fast, someone equally comfortable pitching a partnership deck to leadership and jumping in to shoot content on-site the same afternoon. This person must be genuinely fluent across the full marketing toolkit: web design, digital marketing, PR, print, direct mail, social, and analytics and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute in any of them, not just direct others to. If you thrive in the trenches and at the whiteboard, this is your role.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to launch co-branded campaigns and shared media opportunities that create real impact
· Track performance relentlessly optimize every partnership for engagement and ROI, not just visibility

· Own our web presence from design input to content updates ensuring it reflects our brand and converts
· Drive digital marketing efforts across paid, organic, and email channels
· Lead public relations efforts, building relationships with media and managing our public narrative

· Own the planning, promotion, and flawless execution of our flagship annual event
· Manage vendors, speakers, logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-through from start to finish
· Create an experience that reflects our brand, energizes our leaders, and strengthens the culture that drives everything we do
Social Media Management
· Drive strategy, calendar, and hands-on execution across every social channel
· Lead content creation — including on-site photography and videography — with internal teams and outside contributors

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 8+ years in a marketing leadership role; senior living or multi-location business experience strongly preferred
· Broad, hands-on fluency across the full marketing spectrum: web design, digital marketing, PR, print, direct mail, social media, and analytics. This role requires genuine comfort executing across all of these, not just overseeing them
· A track record of managing partnerships, cross-functional projects, and creative teams that deliver
· Hands-on experience with Asana, Canva, and social media management tools
· Strong content strategy instincts, natural mentorship ability, and sharp event-planning skills
· Comfortable using analytics and reporting to guide strategy and prove marketing ROI
