Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment. Your work ensures our teams in the field have what they need to succeed, and that our warehouse runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders. 
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for jobsite delivery. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems. 
  • Organize and clean warehouse space to ensure safety and efficiency. 
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). 
  • Assist with periodic cycle counts and full inventory audits. 
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or shortages. 
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. 
  • Support other departments with deliveries or pickups as needed. 

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience (preferred but not required). 
  • Familiarity with basic inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus. 
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred. 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test and have a clean driving record.
