Familia Dental and Vivid Smiles are seeking a General Dentist to join our team in East St. Louis, Illinois

Compensation & Benefits 

(Compensation may vary based on experience & location)

  • Average earning potential of $250,000–$400,000+, including new graduates  
  • Daily minimum guarantees  
  • 30–35% of production, including X-rays, with potential location-based premiums  
  • Cash bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to children and adults  
  • Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans  
  • Perform restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, prosthetic treatment, and other general dentistry procedures  
  • Present and explain treatment recommendations to patients and families  
  • Educate patients on treatment options and preventive oral health  
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and dental records  
  • Provide direction and support to Dental Assistants and clinical team members  
  • Collaborate with the office team to create a positive patient experience  
  • Maintain compliance with applicable dental board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal and state requirements

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree  
  • Current state dental license or eligibility for licensure  
  • Internationally trained dentists must have completed an appropriate U.S. Advanced Standing DDS/DMD program  
  • Experienced dentists and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply  
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care  
  • Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services
