Multimedia Specialist

At Pick Your Part, we’re looking for a creative and versatile Multimedia Specialist to help bring our brand to life across digital, visual, and in-person channels. This role supports marketing initiatives through photography, video, graphics, audio, and other creative content for social media, email, web, advertising, promotions, and events.
The ideal candidate can take projects from concept through execution while maintaining brand standards and supporting business goals. This role combines creativity, digital marketing, and analytics to help strengthen customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Essential Job Duties
- Develop Multimedia Content – Create and produce high-quality graphics, photography, video, audio, illustrations, presentations, and other multimedia assets that support marketing and business objectives.
- Create Digital Advertising – Develop digital ad creative and copy, assist with campaign implementation and management, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop Creative Concepts – Brainstorm and contribute to creative concepts, campaign ideas, messaging, and content that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence.
- Manage Digital Content – Help maintain content across websites, landing pages, email, social media, and other digital platforms through a Data Asset Management Program
- Manage Brand Consistency – Ensure the company’s brand identity, messaging, visual standards, and key brand attributes are consistently and accurately represented across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Develop Marketing Materials and Promotions – Create and support the production of brochures, flyers, signage, advertisements, mailers, presentations, promotional materials, proposals, and other marketing deliverables.
- Support Marketing Campaigns – Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, digital advertising, print, promotions, and other channels.
- Support Events and Local Marketing – Assist with the planning, production, and execution of trade shows, open houses, community events, special promotions, and other initiatives that support retail locations and customer engagement.
- Video and Visual Content – Identify content opportunities, develop storyboards, coordinate with locations and brand teams, and capture, edit, and deliver video and other visual content.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Not responsible for supervising employees.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of related experience required; Fully competent professional; In-depth knowledge and experience.
- 3+ years in a marketing and/or graphic design department
- Must show a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create excellent, engaging marketing materials that follow commonly accepted design principles.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
- B2B and B2C marketing experience.
- Proficiency with design Adobe software, Microsoft, Canva, Social Platforms, etc. Knowledge of graphic design, print production, and digital marketing. Experience with social media and content marketing best practices.
- Experience in communications, public relations, marketing, graphic design, social media, videography and/or other related disciplines.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
- Frequent use of Adobe Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
- Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
- Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
- Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
- Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
