Wolf by Vanderpump Scottsdale is the second-ever location from acclaimed hospitality visionary Lisa Vanderpump at Caesars Republic Scottsdale. The immersive, design-forward rooftop concept blends desert-inspired interiors, moody lighting, and bespoke furnishings by Vanderpump Alain, all with sweeping views of Camelback Mountain. Expect bold cocktails, globally influenced dishes, and a theatrical atmosphere that celebrates the spirit of the wolf - bold, playful, loyal, and unforgettable.

This is a destination where every detail ignites the senses - from dramatic, Instagram-worthy cocktail presentations to seasonal, share-able bites elevated by regional ingredients.


ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Executive Chef, you’ll shape and lead a kitchen that delivers bold flavors, dramatic presentations, and flawless execution. You’ll be trusted to bring Vanderpump’s culinary vision to life while elevating every detail to meet our standards of excellence.

  • Oversee all culinary operations, including pre-opening planning, menu execution, and back-of-house leadership
  • Build, train, and inspire a skilled and passionate kitchen team
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride in every shift
  • Develop and mentor high-potential team members, setting clear expectations and fostering growth
  • Ensure dishes are visually striking, globally inspired, and flawlessly prepared
  • Collaborate closely with FOH leadership and bar team to create a seamless, elevated guest experience
  • Monitor kitchen performance, labor, and food cost to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
  • Infuse creativity, precision, and leadership into every part of the culinary operation
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Progressive executive-level culinary leadership in upscale or experiential restaurants
  • A sharp palate, bold creativity, and ability to balance flavor, presentation, and consistency
  • Strong knowledge of international flavors, shareable menu development, and seasonal sourcing
  • Experience launching or reopening high-profile restaurants preferred
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and lead with clarity and empathy
  • A collaborative mindset, you know that excellence in hospitality starts with trust and teamwork
  • Calm, confident leadership, you know how to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, P&L, labor, safety, and quality control
  • Deep respect for teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
