The role

Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We’re seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout Nashville — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.


What your day looks like

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Nashville, TN

• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques

• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport

• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners

• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility personnel


What you bring

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred

• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and minimum age 21

• Clean criminal history, as required for positions with direct patient care; some states require additional background checks including fingerprinting.

• Home Draws: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing requirements must be successfully completed prior to working on our Home Draw team!

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

• Must possess a passion for SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE
