If you're organized, enjoy helping people, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced environment, Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is looking for an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our service team.
You don't need to be an automotive expert. We're looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, communicates well, stays organized, and is comfortable managing phone calls, schedules, and multiple priorities throughout the day.
As an Appointment Coordinator, you'll often be one of the first people our service customers speak with, making this an important part of the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming service calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and available shop capacity
- Provide customers with basic information regarding their service appointments
- Accurately enter and maintain appointment information in dealership systems
- Help coordinate appointment schedules to support efficient workflow for service advisors and technicians
- Assist customers with available transportation or shuttle arrangements when needed
- Communicate appointment information and customer needs to the service team
- Provide backup cashier or administrative support when needed
- Maintain accurate customer and dealership records
- Handle multiple calls, appointments, and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, management, and other dealership departments
- Provide a professional and welcoming customer experience
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Compensation
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $39,000–$44,000 per year.
This range is based on compensation earned by current and former employees who have performed this position. Actual starting compensation may vary within the stated range based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
Benefits Eligibility
Full-time employees who regularly maintain at least 32 hours per week are eligible for Larson Automotive Group's benefits program after satisfying applicable eligibility and waiting-period requirements.
PTO begins accruing from the start of employment and is available for use after the applicable eligibility period, subject to company policy. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to individual benefits.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, receptionist, dealership, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Automotive experience is helpful,but not required. We can teach you our systems and processes. A positive attitude, dependability, organization, and commitment to taking care of customers are most important.
