We are a multidisciplinary center that specializes in post trauma and surgical rehabilitation, pre and post-season training, and general body maintenance/conditioning programs. About the Role

Performance Rehab is looking for a full-time, self-motivated physical therapist assistant who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient centered care. Join our innovative physical therapy team where you will leverage advanced AI tools and cutting edge EMR, earn meaningful revenue share, and accelerate your professional growth in a forward-thinking clinic. We are a well-established, therapist-owned, group of outpatient physical therapy clinics serving Kansas City.


The successful candidate will conduct daily patient physical therapy treatment involving frequent interaction with both patients and physicians; provide patient care as prescribed by the referring physician based on the evaluation, assessment and design of the Physical Therapist; will assist with maintenance and updating of patient case files.


With 12 locations across the Johnson County area there's plenty of flexibility to find the right fit for you.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a state of Kansas PTA license along with a strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and physicians.
