Overview

The Role: The Social Influencer Manager role is a key position within Influential, offering an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving channel strategy, leading influencer campaigns, executing social media content and is dedicated to staying ahead of the latest social / cultural trends. Reporting into our Snr Content Director, this dynamic role involves playing a key role in running influencer campaigns, social media strategy, client relations, social reporting, and providing valuable industry guidance to clients.  General Responsibilities:  
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated influencer and social campaigns, ensuring excellence from concept to reporting.
  • Build scalable content calendars that balance brand storytelling, performance objectives and community engagement
  • Develop and implement influencer and social media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and manage conversations and communities, escalating relevant managers to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain content calendars and copywriting across social content.
  • Utilise social analytics tools and campaign reporting to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in developing, analysing, and maintaining successful influencer and social media initiatives, with a keen understanding of attracting and retaining specific demographics.
  We are looking for someone who has:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a client's social media presence / running influencer campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in working with all key social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, among others.
  • Confident client leadership skills and experience presenting at senior stakeholder level.
  • Strong passion for keeping up with culture and emerging trends.
  • Familiar with the Australian influencer landscape.
  • Prior experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
