Job Description
Assist the Cluster Lead in managing REFASH offline stores assigned to you
Responsible for the financial/sales performance for offline stores under your care
Drive offline sales efforts
Execute offline business strategies
Assist to prepare monthly sales report and analytics
Visual merchandising
Ensure monthly inventory acquisition targets for online/offline are achieved
Work with the central team to manage stock levels and merchandise flow
Ensure high service and operational standards at offline stores
Ensure operational processes and sales/service standard are adhered to at all times
Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to retail associates
Hiring and scheduling of full-time and part-time retail associates
Conduct training for new hires on best practices and SOPs
Review and approve monthly timesheets and work schedules
Sellers Management
Evaluate normal daily drop-offs
Evaluate Instant Cash Out drop-offs
Communicate offer amount
Resolve sellers dispute
Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company.
Qualifications
Experience & Background
Experience working in fashion retail
Currently at Assistant Store Supervisor / Store Supervisor level in fashion retail, or a Senior Retail Associate ready to step up into a supervisory role.
Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store performance.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, including event planning and store launches.
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for lease and vendor management.
Leadership and team motivation capabilities to support ARP well-being and performance.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
Flexibility to work during store openings, events, and peak business periods.
Able to work at move between stores when required (Prangin Mall and upcoming Sunshine Central)
