Bldg Maintenance Person

Responsible for the maintenance of Mililani Town Association’s facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates various maintenance equipment 
• Uses proper cleaning materials and industrial maintenance methods
• Follows written and oral instructions and all polices and procedures
• Adheres to maintenance schedules
• Performs all of the Building Maintenance Worker’s duties; (i.e.) janitorial, buffing, mopping 
• Emptying waste stations and other assigned duties
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Skills/Knowledge: 

• Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals 
• Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percentages to ensure proper mixture of materials used to clean in accordance with labeling

Education/Experience: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
• Knowledge in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: 

• Must possess a driver’s license 
• Attend training sessions as assigned by management

Other:

• Must be available to work day shift Tuesday through Saturday
