Job Description

-Provide technical support to HL lab operations, sale and clients.

-Establish & maintain an electronic database of technical knowledge.

-Organize technical training to HL CS/ TA/ report/ sale & lab technicians.

-Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab, participate in lab development projects Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab, participate in lab development projects.

-Participate in drafting of quality documentation, and ISO/IEC 17025 lab accreditation activities.

-Participate in organizing lab tour, client training/seminars.

-Double check on test assignment vs sample.

-Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM.

-Works closely with Lab Manager to prepare test plans, protocols, and SOPs for relevant business.

-Reviews and advise product testing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

-Review and approve test report.

-Other duties upon requested

Qualifications

  • University or above
  • At least three years of experience in Furniture Product testing laboratory
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in English and Ms Office
  • Ability to complete projects and assignments on a timely basis
  • Hands-on, open-minded, proactive team player
