Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized contractor for a 6-month engagement with the Client. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our team through efficient report processing, data entry, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Processing: Accurately compile, review, and process reports, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correctly entered into our system. Collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Precisely input and update data into our systems, maintaining data integrity through regular checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize a ?ling system within our database to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents. Implement best practices for document management and storage
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in report processing, data entry, and data organization.
- Prior experience in a role requiring verification of accuracy of data entry.
- Prior experience with report processing, compiling, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of report data.
- Prior experience with document management and organization within a database.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Easily able to learn new systems
