About the Role

As a Systems Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding a team of systems engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced systems and solutions. Your leadership will be essential in driving innovation, ensuring project success, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate, contributing to Honeywell's reputation as a global leader in technology.

In this role, you will impact the design and architectural aspects of complex systems, which may involve hardware, software, and network components. You will ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing complex engineering challenges and providing solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers.

  • Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the companys goals and objectives, Drive innovation and guide the development of advanced systems
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and make datadriven decisions to keep projects on track
  • Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
  • Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
  • Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
