About the Role
Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung von (internationalen) Unternehmerfamilien, vermögenden Privatpersonen, Stiftungen und gemeinnützigen Organisationen in allen rechtlichen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Fokus auf dem nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht, insbesondere der Tax Compliance, der steuerlichen Beurteilung komplexer Transaktionen im grenzüberschreitenden Kontext sowie der Erstellung steuerlicher Stellungnahmen
- Mitwirkung an Nachfolgekonzepten, Ehe- und Erbverträgen, Testamentsgestaltungen und Nachlassabwicklungen in unmittelbarem Mandantenkontakt, oft im grenzüberschreitenden Kontext
- Zusammenarbeit mit Experten aus angrenzenden Bereichen wie Private Equity, Immobilien- und Gesellschaftsrecht im In- und Ausland
