About the Role

Your missions

For a challenging and rewarding project, we are looking for a technically skilled professional with a strong analytical mindset to join our team. As part of this project, you will be responsible for supporting the verification and documentation of installed components as well as parts remaining in the respective kits. Since SAP records are not consistently updated throughout the production process, reliable verification of installed and remaining components is required.

Through your structured and detail-oriented approach, you will help create greater transparency regarding the actual material status and contribute to a reliable data basis for both Production and Engineering.

  • Review the component lists provided by Airbus for the respective MSNs (Manufacturer Serial Numbers)
  • Physically verify work orderscomponent lists in various production HANGARS/ in aircraft and check the material actually remaining in the respective kits
  • Record the identified material status in the relevant work and tracking lists
  • Cross-check component lists against Engineering and Production BOMs (Bills of Materials)
  • Analyze work orders component lists as well as kitting and material-related information
  • Compare installed components with parts remaining in the kits
  • Identify, analyze and accurately document discrepancies
  • Update tracking lists with all identified differences
  • Identify damaged components and assess the condition of parts remaining in the kits
  • Work closely with the relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Participate in cross-functional MFT (Multi-Functional Team) meetings
  • Support the continuous improvement of data quality and material traceability within the production environment


Your profile

  • Completed technical apprenticeship, technical degree, or comparable qualification
  • Strong technical and engineering understanding
  • Confident working with technical drawings and BOMs (Bills of Materials)
  • Ability to quickly understand technical processes and analyze complex relationships
  • Professional experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or related technical environments
  • Experience with SAP and/or MES systems is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to work
  • High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to independently identify, assess, and document discrepancies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment


Additional Qualifications


Practical experience in the activities described above, as well as additional knowledge in areas such as production, engineering, material management, kitting or quality assurance, would be considered a strong advantage.


Candidates with comparable technical experience and a willingness to quickly familiarize themselves with new processes and systems are also encouraged to apply.
