Florida Silt Fencing is Hiring a Foreman!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew on construction sites
• Ensure proper installation and repair of erosion control measures (silt fence, erosion logs, etc.)
• Communicate with customers and maintain professional relationships
• Keep all safety and DOT regulations in practice
• Operate trenchers, trucks, and other equipment as needed
• Handle job site inspections, reporting, and paperwork

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR; Class A CDL preferred
• Pass a drug screen and comply with workplace safety policies
• Experience: 1–3 years in leadership, 2–4 years in construction or erosion control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to operate equipment (trenchers, trucks, side-by-sides)
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working outdoors in various conditions
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage crews and job sites
• Effective communication in English; Spanish is a plus
• Excellent supervisory and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel with some overnight stays possible
