Mikhail Education Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as Campus Director at one of our career-focused postsecondary institutions.
Career education/postsecondary leadership experience is strongly desired. We are particularly interested in candidates who have successfully led within career colleges, vocational or technical schools, allied health or nursing schools, skilled-trades institutions, or other career-focused postsecondary education organizations.
The Campus Director is the senior executive leader of the campus, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, including compliance across Education, Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Services, Business Operations, Facilities, and Administrative Support.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong business acumen who understands how enrollment, academics, student retention, graduate employment, compliance, and financial performance work together to create a successful campus.

Key Responsibilities
Campus Leadership & Operations
· Provide executive leadership and oversight for all campus departments and operations.
· Develop and execute campus goals and strategic initiatives aligned with institutional objectives.
· Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, collaboration, student success, and continuous improvement.
· Monitor campus key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Identify opportunities for campus growth, operational improvement, and program expansion.
Enrollment & Student Success
· Provide leadership and accountability for campus enrollment and student-start performance.
· Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to achieve enrollment objectives.
· Monitor student retention, persistence, graduation, and other educational outcomes.
· Ensure effective coordination among Admissions, Financial Aid, Education, Student Services, and Career Services throughout the student lifecycle.
· Promote a student-focused campus environment that supports academic achievement and successful completion.
Academic Excellence
· Partner with academic leadership to ensure high-quality instruction and program effectiveness.
· Monitor educational outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Support faculty development and instructional excellence.
· Ensure educational programs remain responsive to employer and workforce needs.
Career Services & Employer Engagement
· Maintain a strong institutional focus on graduate employment and career outcomes.
· Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, advisory boards, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
· Ensure Career Services activities effectively support graduates in obtaining employment related to their education and training.
· Strengthen the institution’s reputation within the local employer and business community.
Regulatory & Accreditation Compliance
· Maintain a strong culture of regulatory and accreditation compliance.
· Ensure adherence to applicable accreditation standards, state regulations, federal requirements, and institutional policies.
· Participate in accreditation visits, regulatory reviews, audits, program approvals, and institutional reporting.
· Work collaboratively with corporate leadership to identify and resolve compliance concerns.
Financial Management
· Manage campus financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
· Allocate staffing and resources strategically based on enrollment and operational needs.
· Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies while maintaining educational quality and student services.
· Monitor financial and operational KPIs and implement corrective action when necessary.
Leadership & Talent Development
· Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing campus leaders, faculty, and staff.
· Establish clear expectations and accountability for departmental performance.
· Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
· Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented workplace culture.

Requirements
Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Leadership, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
· Several years of progressive leadership and administrative experience with responsibility for multiple functional areas and organizational outcomes.
· Demonstrated experience leading multiple departments or functions.
· Experience managing budgets, financial performance, operational results, and organizational KPIs.
· Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Knowledge of postsecondary regulatory and accreditation requirements.
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Career Education/Postsecondary Experience Strongly Desired
Significant leadership experience within the career education/postsecondary sector is strongly desired and will be given significant consideration in the selection process.
We are especially interested in candidates with leadership experience in career colleges, vocational or technical schools, proprietary postsecondary institutions, skilled-trades training, allied health or nursing education, or other workforce-focused postsecondary organizations.
Experience in an enrollment-driven, outcomes-focused postsecondary environment with responsibility for student starts, retention, graduation, graduate employment/placement, compliance, and financial performance is particularly desirable.
A Plus
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Leadership, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
· Prior experience as a Campus President, Campus Director, Executive Director, School Director, Regional Director, Director of Operations, or comparable senior leader within the career education sector.
· Direct responsibility for campus-level enrollment, student starts, retention, graduation, graduate employment/placement outcomes, and financial performance.
· Experience managing a campus or business unit with P&L responsibility.
· Experience preparing for and participating in accreditation visits, state regulatory reviews, compliance audits, or programmatic approvals.
· Experience working with institutional accrediting agencies historically recognized as national accreditors (formerly referred to as “national accreditors”), including ACCSC, ACCET, COE, DEAC, ABHES, or similar career-education-focused accrediting agencies.
· Familiarity with U.S. Department of Education Title IV requirements and the regulatory environment applicable to career-focused postsecondary institutions.
· Experience with allied health, nursing, skilled trades, or other career and technical education programs.
Equivalent leadership experience may be considered in lieu of certain educational requirements.
