STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Description
Fast growing property management company in Southfield, MI is seeking to hire an on-site Staff property accountant.
Responsibilities include:
Monthly and annual general ledger accounting for residential rental properties
Financial statement and tax preparation/reporting
Financial analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and knowledge of US GAAP
Other requirements:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
Proficiency in MRI a plus or similar property management software preferred
Residential or Commercial real estate experience preferred
