Position Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our team full-time. This position plays a vital role in assisting our sales department with securing customer financing and supporting our accounting team with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the finance industry — whether through bookkeeping, accounting, banking, or other relevant financial roles — and possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in securing financing for customer purchases
• Process and submit credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with lenders and customers to ensure smooth financing approvals
• Provide backup support for A/P and A/R tasks as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues
• Perform other general finance and clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, banking, or other finance-related positions
• Strong understanding of financial procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
