Montana Precision Products (MPP) is at the forefront of manufacturing excellence, specializing in producing complex and high-precision components for the aerospace and industrial sectors. At MPP, you'll be part of a team that uses state-of-the-art technology to create components that power some of the most recognizable aircraft in the world, including the Boeing 737 MAX, the Airbus A320neo, and other commercial aircraft.


Job Summary:

Assists the Maintenance/Facilities department by executing custodial duties to maintain orderliness and cleanliness throughout the manufacturing shop. Performs other duties as assigned.  


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Uses hand and power tools, machine tools, and tests equipment as qualified. 
  • Operates forklifts, aerial man lifts, and other company vehicles. 
  • Follows all safety guidelines and procedures. 
  • Keeps work area clean and free from debris. 
  • Maintains regular work schedule. 
  • Service, clean, and supply facility with necessary items.
  • Maintains exterior of the building including but not limited snow removal, lawn maintenance, etc.
  • Follows these and additional instructions as assigned, including production duties.

Work Environment:

  • May be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, airborne particles, smoke (Not over OSHA Permissible Exposure Levels).
  • Bending, twisting, and working from aerial lifts and in confined spaces, lifting up to 25-45lbs on an occasional basis.
  • Safety training and equipment are provided by MPP in accordance with applicable law, industry standards and company policy.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • US Person Status
  • Must be able to read/write/speak English.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen or criminal background check
