About the Role

Position: EHR Security Analyst / Technical Support Analyst 3
Location: Richmond, VA

We are looking for an experienced EHR Security Analyst to support security, user access, provisioning, and technical support for the Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot Cerner EHR user access and security roles.
  • Work with Cerner Millennium, OHPAC, Positions, Preferences, and Security Groups.
  • Process user provisioning, modification, and termination requests.
  • Support AD, SSO, MFA, and identity management.
  • Monitor access activities and assist with security audits and incidents.
  • Support HIPAA/HITECH compliance and EHR security policies.
  • Assist with Cerner upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.
  • Work with EHR, IT, security, compliance, and clinical teams.

Required Skills:

  • Healthcare IT experience.
  •  Cerner Millennium/OHPAC security experience.
  • Strong EHR security and access troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with Discern and CCL.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH and healthcare security.
  • Experience with AD, SSO, MFA, or Identity Management is highly desired.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
