POSITION PURPOSE

Performs the daily functions associated with the management of workflow for various Doc Prep and Funding teams in Commercial Loan Administration. Provides imaging support for all closed loans. Assists the Funding teams with ticklers, wires and transaction processing. Interacts with Compliance, Audit, and other departments.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Monitors various assigned email boxes and workflows to assist teams with timely addition of requests to pipelines. Answers questions from lending staff regarding status and forwards technical requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Processes original documents received post-closing.
  • Images closed loans for Commercial & Commercial Real Estate transactions, ensuring accuracy.
  • Process ticklers, wire transactions and General Ledger entries.
  • Research and correct errors as needed.
  • Provides top quality service to lenders and lending staff.
  • Follows all compliance policies and procedures, OCC rules and regulations, state and federal laws governing responsibility area of lending.
  • Completes annual compliance testing/training/certification on time.
  • Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned or directed.

QUALIFICATIONS


Education/Certification: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.


Required Knowledge: Current Commercial Loan Administration experience a plus


Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of banking experience required.


Skills/Abilities: Computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel -Fiserv DNA & Nautilus software a plus

Ability to handle day to day tasks with minimal supervision.

Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Ability to meet deadlines required for loan fundings.

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.


Physical Strength: Ability to withstand moderate physical activity throughout the workday (standing, walking, reaching).

Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.  (Almost all office Jobs.)

Ability to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.


WORKING CONDITIONS
