About the Role

Tend is invested in the future of GP primary care in Aotearoa. We have a locally developed note-taking tool, Scribe. Click here to learn how we can improve the consult experience for clinicians and patients. 

We require a Fellow to work onsite, with options to work 1-2 sessions online & minor procedures enabled at our modern Papakura East Medical Centre. 

We are looking for GP Fellows to work up to 8 sessions at Papakura East Medical Centre. We'd love to hear about your background and how your unique experience can help shape better patient outcomes. You will be part of our innovative, collaborative, curious and high-performing Team.

You will work alongside our care team, who are all at the top of their scope!

- Use shared decision-making with patients using a holistic approach and the principles of Te Whare Tapa Whā
- Be able to assess, diagnose and form management plans for a diverse range of patients in the community and via telehealth, using an evidence-based and patient-centred approach
- Receive collegial support from our experienced GP Fellows, access to internal peer groups & get support from our wider team
- Paid admin time & work in a large, well-run practice with other medical services on site
- Be part of a practice that heavily invests in its systems, processes & non-clinical team so you can focus on patient care & less on admin!
