Wir suchen ab sofort Verstärkung für unser Store Team in Stuttgart: Als Product Expert (all genders) übersetzt du die Faszination für Fahrzeuge in erstklassige Beratung und echte Erlebnisse.Lass uns gemeinsam Momente schaffen, die begeistern – wir freuen uns auf dich!
WHAT YOU DO
- Produktexpertise & Storytelling: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für das gesamte Fahrzeugportfolio und berätst Kund:innen sowie Partner:innen indem du komplexe Technik in verständliche, markengerechte Inhalte übersetzt.
- Wissensvermittlung: Du konzipierst und leitest Trainings zu Innovationen und Konfigurationen sowie der Marken- und Produktgeschichte, um einen einheitlich hohen Wissensstandard im gesamten Team sicherzustellen.
- Premium Customer Journey: Du begleitest individuelle, beratungsintensive Konfigurationen und schaffst durch kompetente Beratung eine vertrauensvolle Bindung zu Neu- und Bestandskund:innen.
- Lead- & Netzwerkmanagement: Du qualifizierst Leads für eine nahtlose Übergabe an das Händlernetzwerk und analysierst Marktfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Prozesse entlang der Customer Journey.
- Experience Management: Du verantwortest die Planung und Durchführung exklusiver Probefahrten und stellst eine hochwertige, konsistentensiche Customer Experience im Store sicher.
WHO YOU ARE
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Automotive, Marketing, Retail) und idealerweise Erfahrung aus dem Premium- oder Luxussegment der Automobilbranche
- Du hast eine nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz in kundenorientierten Rollen und verstehst es, anspruchsvolle Zielgruppen mit fundiertem Produktwissen zu begeistern.
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Automotive und Innovationen und kannst komplexe technische Inhalte klar strukturieren und mit echtem Storytelling vermitteln.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, detailgenau und mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Du agierst professionell und serviceorientiert gegenüber Kund:innen sowie Stakeholdern und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus)
