As an Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our warehouse operations with a high level of independence. You’ll manage perpetual inventory, complete cycle counts, monitor product dating, perform recall checks, and process customer returns—all while working at your own pace to meet daily goals. This is a role where you can stay focused, work independently, and even listen to music or podcasts while you work, making the day truly your own.


You’ll also utilize state-of-the-art Cubiscan technology to process new product entries, helping maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across our distribution network. Your attention to detail and ownership of your work will have a direct, lasting impact on our success.

Requirements


Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7am - 330pm


Position Summary

Provides support for the warehouse by perpetual inventory through cycle counting, dating, recall checks, processing customer returns, cubiscanning new product, and other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.


Essential Job Functions

  • Cycle Counting
  • Count Pick Slots
  • Account for product and dates on product, daily
  • Identify Recalls and inform appropriate personnel
  • Responds to Buyer’s inquiries about product
  • Handle any returned items
  • Cubiscanning
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of warehouse Inventory Control duties
  • Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word and Excel
  • Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education and Experience

  • Excellent math skills
  • Inventory Control experience a plus
